Register sales order plan, register sales plan, register purchase order plan
The Plan data of the sales order, sales, and purchase order are registered in the same manner. This section explains a method for registering the sales order as an example.
In [Entry], period of register plan, plan code, and items are specified. In the spread part of [Entry], the commit
status of the plan is displayed.

Item setup
[Entry]
- Period (from/to)
Setup the unit for registering plan. Select one of "By date," "Term," "Quarter,"
"Half-year," and "Year," and then enter the accounting year.
When "By date" is selected, an entry of accounting term is required.
When "Year" is selected, a range for the accounting year can be specified.
- Plan code
Enter the code to be assigned to the plan. A new code can be entered manually.
While referring to the previously registered plans, you can select the code
from a pop-up screen. The codes
displayed in the pop-up screen will differ corresponding to the specified "Period (from/to)," described as below.

Notes:In the pop-up
screen, only the plan codes registered with the same "Period (from/to)"
are displayed. Therefore, when you
want to assign the same plan code to all of the plans with various "Period
(from/to)," you need to remember the plan code you want to assign and
enter it manually for each plan code.

Item 1, 2
Select entry items, which are to be entered in the spread (the lower part of
the screen), from "None," "Department," "In charge," "Goods group," "Goods," "Correspondent
group," "Accountee," "Goods number (correspondent)," "Analysis code 1," "Analysis
code 2," "Project code 1," or "Project code 2." By default, "Goods" and "None" are selected.
- Setup by currency
When you want to register a plan with the specified currency, mark this
box. The box is not marked by
default. By marking this box, the [Currency] pull-down menu will be displayed
- Currency
The value is indicated only when [Setup by currency] has been marked. Select any one of the currencies
registered in [Register currency].
Spread (in the [Entry] flame)
Clicking the "Refer" button displays
the following values in each row of the committed periods for the registered
plans. For these values in the
spread, no modification is allowed.
- Start date
- End date
- Commit status
- Comment code, Name
The comment code and comment name on commitment are indicated. For a new plan,
these fields are empty.
- Update operator, Name
The code and name of the update operator are
indicated. For a new plan, these
fields are empty.
- Update date
It indicates the update date. For a new plan, this field is empty.
- Commit operator, Name
The code and name of the commit operator are
indicated. For a new plan, these
fields are empty.
- Committed date
It indicates the committed
date. For a new plan, this
field is empty.
Spread (the lower portion of the screen)
The items displayed on the screen will vary
depending on the setup items in [Entry].

Item 1-2, Name
Enter the code for the item specified in "Item 1,2" in [Entry].

Product structure (displayed only when "Goods" has been selected in "Item
1,2" in [Entry])
- Plan Entries
Enter a value in "Planned Amt." If "Goods" has been selected in "Item
1,2" in [Entry], "Planned Qty" has to be entered.
Depending on the selection in "Period (from/to)," the entries vary as
the followings:

When "Setup by currency" is marked, and the currencies except std
currency are selected, two plan entries, one for the currency to be entered and
another for the std currency, will be displayed.
Note that only the plans with the accounting periods marked in the check box at
the upper side of each planned amt entry will be saved.

Total
It indicates a total of "Planned Amt" entries. When "Goods" has been selected in "Item 1,2" in [Entry],
a total of "Planned Qty" is also indicated.

Annual plan (hidden only when "Period
(from/to)" is set to "Year")
It indidates the planned amount of year.
When "Goods" has been selected in "Item 1,2" in [Entry], a total
of the planned amount of year is also indicated.
When "Setup by currency" is marked, and the currency except std
currency are selected, two annual plan entries, one for the currency to be
entered and another for the std currency, will be displayed.
If the "Save" button is clicked while "Total" and "Annual plan" are
not matching, the following message will be displayed; "There is a row where
the entered budget amount and annual budget do not match. Is it OK to save?"
[Buttons]

Click this button to be able to assign a new plan code to the data
without changing the contents.

display the registered purchase order plan data.
