Register project code 1,2

Project codes can be used as custom summary codes in accounting subsystems.
For example, using custom codes for summary is useful for cases involving more than one department such as sales promotion campaign expense.  Budget for each project can also be registered in budget registration of [Planning control module].  [Register project code 1] and [Register project code 2] have no difference in the functions, purposes of use and operation.  Use [Register project code 2] to register more than one project code.

Item Setup - [Details] tab

1. Select project (or register new project)
   Clicking the "Reference" button lists the projects that meet the read conditions.  Select the project to set up.  The information on the project selected is displayed on the Details tab.
   To register a new project, click the "New" button. 

• Project, project group, code
  Select conditions to read the projects to register or refer to.
  Project:
  Select this to directly search for a project.  A range of project codes can be specified.
  Project group:
  Select this to select a project group and specify a project for which structure is registered with the project group.  Select a project group code.
• Code, name
  The codes and names of the projects that meet the read conditions are displayed.

2. Enter details

• Code
  Enter a code for the project.  Up to 20 alphanumeric characters can be entered.
  When using [Construction in progress module], the project code (1 or 2) specified as "Construction in progress-Item setup" at [Parameter setup] in [System custodian] is also used as a Construction in progress code.

1. Enter additional information

• Item 1-5
  Enter additional information.  The name displayed can be changed at [Additional information name setup] in [System custodian].
