Item Setup

1. Select approval comment (or register new approval comment)
   Approval comments that have been registered are listed.  Select the approval comment to set up.  The information on the approval comment selected is displayed on the right part of the screen.
   To register a new approval comment, click the "New" button.

• Code, name
  The codes and names of approval comments are displayed.

2. Enter details

• Code
  Enter a code for the approval comment.  Up to ten alphanumeric characters can be entered.
• Active
• Name 1, 2
  Enter the name of the approval comment.
• Searching
• Extension flag
