Register job title

This module is used to register job title allowances in [Register expenses] of [Expenses management module] or to register job titles in [Employee setup (details)] of [System custodian].

Item Setup

1. Select job title (or register new job title)
   Job titles that have been registered are listed.  Select the job title to set up.  The information on the job title selected is displayed on the right part of the screen.
   To register a new job title, click the "New" button.

• Code,  name
  The codes and names of job titles are displayed. 

2. Enter details

• Code
  Enter a code for the jot title.  Up to ten alphanumeric characters can be entered.
• Active
• Name 1, 2
  Enter the name of the job title.
• Searching
• Extension flag
• Term of validity
• Std time unit price
• Unit
  Select "Time" or "Day" as the unit of the unit price of operation in the office hours.  "Time" is displayed by default.
• Currency, amount
  Select the currency for the unit price of operation in the office hours and enter the amount.  Negative amounts cannot be entered.
• Overtime unit price
• Unit
  The unit of the unit price of overtime operation fixed to "Time," which cannot be changed.
• Currency, amount
  The currency used for "Std time unit price" is displayed; the currency cannot be changed.
  Enter the unit price of overtime operation in Amt.  Negative amounts cannot be entered.
