for Output form
Outline
This module searches accounting data to be output into a form. The output format can be specified in Excel or CSV style. The outputs of Construction in progress list and Construction in progress fluctuation sheet are generated in the same way. Output procedure for Construction in progress list, as an example, is described below.
1.Screen display method
- Select [Assets] → [Construction in Progress] → [Forms].
- From the Menu, select the required form ([Construction In Progress List], [Construction In Progress Fluctuation Sheet]).
→ The Output form screen will be displayed.
2.Entering searching conditions
→ To Menu Reference
- Enter the searching conditions for accounting data to be output.
- Click the "Start (A)" button.
→ A dialog for specifying an output format will appear.
3.Specifying an output format
- When outputting as an Excel file, (when the number of rows in the Forms are less than 65,000), click the "Excel output (Y)" button.
→ The image of the form (Excel screen) will appear.
- When outputting as CSV file (when the number of rows in the Forms are less than 65,000), click the "Create CSV (F)" button.
→ The screen to specify the Save Destination will appear. Change the file name, then save, as
necessary.
You can give the file any name. It is also possible to save as an Excel file.
