Procedure for Register lease transaction type

[Register lease transaction type] enables you to register lease transaction type including operating lease and finance lease as well as contract type such as remaining value guarantee, transfer of ownership clause and bargain purchase option as a master of the lease transaction type.  Lease transaction type that you register in this section will be used at lease contract entry. 

1. Screen display method

1. Select [Assets]  →  [Leased assets]  →  [Register].  
2. Select [Register Lease Transaction Type] from the menu.   
    →  Register lease transaction type] screen will appear.  

2. New registration of lease transaction type

 → To Menu Reference

1. Click the "New (N)" button.  
2. Enter the detail information (code, name, type) on the lease contract.  
3. After entering the detail information, click the "Save (S)" button.  

3. Update of lease transaction type

1. Select target data from the list on the left side of the screen.  
2. Enter an item (including term of validity, name) that you want to update.
   However, no modification can be made in "Type," "Journal entry type," "Remaining value guarantee," "Transfer of ownership clause" and "Bargain purchase option."  
3. After entering the item, click the "Save (S)" button.
