The registration menus can be divided into the following 15 types. The method of registration is common to all of the types.

Order	Registration menu name	Comment
1	Register flexible master (sales/purchase/product -header-)	Register flexible masters to enter in the headers of entry screens of the individual subsystems for sales, purchase and products/EDI. The flexible masters registered are common to these subsystems.
2	Register flexible master (sales/purchase/product -detail-)	Register flexible masters to enter in the details of entry screens of the individual subsystems for sales, purchase, and products/EDI. The flexible masters registered are common to these subsystems.
3	Register flexible master (claims/debts -header-)	Register flexible masters to use in the headers of the individual subsystems for claims and debts. The flexible masters registered are common to both subsystems.
4	Register flexible master (claims/debts -detail-)	Register flexible masters to use in the details of the individual subsystems for claims and debts. The flexible masters registered are common to both subsystems.
5	Register flexible master (claims/debts - payment/collection plan-)	Register flexible masters to use in the settlement plan (payment, collection) of the individual subsystems for claims and debts. The flexible masters registered are common to both subsystems.
6	Register flexible master (fixed assets)	Register flexible masters to use in the fixed assets module.
7	Register flexible master (leased assets)	Register flexible masters to use in the leased assets module.
8	Register flexible master (notes)	Register flexible masters to use in the notes receivable and notes payable modules. The flexible masters registered are common to both modules.
9	Register flexible master (borrowings control)	Register flexible masters to use in the borrowings control module.
10	Register flexible master (investment securities)	Register flexible masters to use in the investment securities module.
11	Register flexible master (treasury stock management)	Register flexible masters to use in the treasury stock management module.
12	Register flexible master (expenses management -header-)	Register flexible masters to use in the header of the expenses management module.
13	Register flexible master (expenses management -detail-)	Register flexible masters to use in the details of the expenses management module.
14	Register flexible master (goods management-register goods)	Register flexible masters to use in Register goods of the logistics master module.
15	Register flexible master (trade management-register correspondent)	Register flexible masters to use in Register correspondent of common master module.

The figure above shows a sample [Register flexible master (notes)] screen.

Select a flexible master (or register a new flexible master)
Flexible masters that have been registered are listed. Select a flexible master to set up. The information on the selected flexible master is displayed on the Details tab.
To register a new flexible master, click the "New" button.

Code, name
The codes and names of the flexible masters are displayed.

Enter details

Code
Enter a code for the flexible master. Up to 20 half-sized alphanumeric characters and symbols can be entered.

Term of validity
Name 1, 2
Searching
Extension flag
(check box for each entry screen)
Specify whether the flexible master is made available for selection in additional items on each entry screen. To specify the flexible master as available, check the corresponding box.
Example:
When 1, 3 and 5 out of the five check boxes in the [Quotation entry] frame of [Register flexible master (sales/purchase/products-header)] are checked and saved, only flexible masters 1, 3 and 5 can be used in the header of [Quotation entry] screen. Flexible masters 2 and 4 become unavailable and the pop-ups are not displayed.
