Register goods number (correspondent)

Register the goods number of the correspondents for each good as necessary.

Item Setup

1. Goods selection
   When the "Refer" button is clicked, the list of goods that match the read conditions will be displayed.  Select the goods for setup.  The names and the codes of the selected goods will appear in "Goods name" on the right side of the screen.

• Goods, Goods group, Code
  Select the read conditions of the goods to register and/or refer.
  Goods:
  Select this when making a direct search of the goods.  The range of the goods code can be specified.
  Goods group:
  Select this when first selecting a goods group, and then specifying goods with the structure registered in that goods group.
• Goods type
  Select the type of the goods to refer from "All," "MDSE," "Product," "Work in process," "WIP," "Raw material," "Other inventory," "Equipment" and "Consumables." This will be displayed only when the read condition is "Goods."
• Code
  Select the code in accordance with the "Goods"/"Goods group" and "Goods type" selected.
• Code, Name
  The codes and names of the goods that match the read conditions will be displayed.
• Goods name
  The codes and names of the goods selected from the left side of the screen will be displayed.

2. Register type selection
   Select either "Bulk" or "Indiv."

• Bulk/Individual type
  Select "Bulk" when specifying only one goods number (correspondent) for one good.  Select "Indiv" when specifying goods number (correspondent) by correspondent.
  Note that the contents entered in "Indiv" will be cleared when "Bulk" is selected after selecting "Indiv."

[Bulk]

Enter the goods number (correspondent) in the entry items.  Make an entry with up to 50 single-byte characters (25 double-byte characters).

[Indiv]

• Correspondent, Name
  Select the correspondent to register the goods number (correspondent) by right clicking them from the pop-up.
• Goods number (correspondent)
  Enter the goods number to use for each correspondent.  Make an entry of up to 50 single-byte characters (25 double-byte characters).
• Goods number (correspondent) name
  Enter the goods number name for each correspondent.  Make an entry of up to 100 single-byte characters (50 double-byte) characters.
