Basic Console Module Outline

Menu structure

• Tracking Console
  The following menus are provided for drilldown search for individual accounting items in the specified summary data:
• Refer Trial Balance Sheet
  Trial summary data can be checked by accounting item.
• Refer Term Balance
  After specifying A/C and sub A/C units, balances by term or by quarter for a desired accounting item can be visually checked by comparison.
• Refer Item Summary
  After specifying A/C and sub A/C units, the total for a desired accounting item can be checked.
• Refer Carry-forward Balance
  The detail of a carry-forward balance can be checked by item summary.
• Budget Console
  The following menus are provided for onscreen comparison between the budget and the actual amount in the individual financial statements and drilldown search for details of actual amount down to the vouchers in the lowest layer.
  For the same financial statement, a set of two similar menus are provided to allow onscreen comparison by tiling windows of different terms, etc.
• Budget Comparison by Item (B/S), Budget Comparison by Item 2 (B/S)
• Budget Comparison by Item (P/L), Budget Comparison by Item 2 (P/L)
• Budget Comparison by Item (Sales/Management Expenses Report), Budget Comparison by Item 2 (Sales/Management Expenses Report)
• Budget Comparison by Item (Cost Report), Budget Comparison by Item 2 (Cost Report)
