Commit the sales order plan, the sales plan, and the purchase order plan created in the register screen for each plan.

Item Setup

The entry items allowed in each registering screen can be specified as searching conditions.
In this section, the specific items, such as the ones not existing in the registering screen, are described.

[Searching items]

Committed status
Select a Committed status of the Plan data to be searched from "Uncommitted," "Commit," or "Denied."

Type of the Committed status	Description of Status type
Uncommitted	When the searching object is the plan data that has not been committed yet, select this status.
Commit	When the searching object is the plan data that has been committed, select this status.
Denied	When the searching object is the plan data that has been denied, select this status.

Update operator

[Spread]

Committed
In this check box, mark the radio buttons to define Approved/Denied status. Each time you click, the status will be switched in "Commit ()," "Denied ()," and "Uncommitted ()."

Accounting year
It indicates the accounting year. This is only for display, and no modification is allowed. The value is determined by the contents of "Period (from/to)" for the searching items in [Searching items]. For example, the plan data in 2000 will be displayed as the follwings;

displayed in order of 2000/01 (1st quarter), 2000/02 (2nd quarter), 2000/03 (3rd quarter), 2000/04 (4th quarter)

displayed in order of 2000/01 (1st half-year), 2000/02 (2nd half-year)

Year

displayed in order of years

Start date, End date
The start date and the end date of period for [A/C year/month] are displayed according to the accounting year registered in [Accounting year setup].
Plan code

Item 1, 2

Comment code
From a pop-up menu, select the code for the comment registered in [Register approval comment] in [Common master module]. If you want to enter a comment directly, you do not need to specify the code here.
Comment
The name of the selected comment code will be read from a master and displayed here. Likewise "Description" and "Free master," you can enter a comment directly rather than specifying a code.
Update Opr code, Name
It indicates the code and name of the update operator who has registered or modified the plan data last. These are only for display, and no modification is allowed.

[Buttons]

Bulk change status
In a combo box, select any one of "Uncommitted to Committed," "Uncommitted to Denial," "Commit to Not committed," "Commit to Disapproved," "Denied to Uncommitted", or "Denied to Committed." According to the selected item, you can change the committed status in [Spread] in batch.
Convert name
Details
Click this button, then the details of the plan data in the row with the cursol in [Spread] will be displayed in the registering plan screen. Double-click on the row of the plan data will lead to the same results.
In the registering plan screens, "Committed" and "Comment" are the only items that can be changed. Other items are not allowed to be changed.
