Fixed assets disposal, Bulk fixed assets disposal - Disposal tab

On the [Disposal] tab in [Fixed assets disposal] and [Bulk fixed assets disposal], enter Fixed assets Disposal information (Reasons, Dpeciatn method, etc.).

Item Setup

• Disposal date
  For Modification, the Disposal data of applicable history data is displayed.
• Disposal Std layer
  Even if a Disposal Std layer is not an Auto-journal object, the Auto-journalization can be executed at the data level set in the Auto-journal object layer, when there is another Auto-journal object layer
• Loss of disposal
  "Acquisition value−Depreciation total Amt" will be displayed.
• Reason
  Can be selected only when the "Increase/Decrease type" entered in "Register reason" is one of the follwing: "Decreased(disposal)," "Decreased(others)," or "Other errors."
• Fixed assets description
• Flexible master(Detail)1-3
• Flex Amt(Detail)1-2

[Dpeciatn Method]

• Dpeciatn method
  Select "Monthly pay method," "Closing book value method" or "Other errors."
• Include entry month
  Displayed only when "Monthly pay method" is selected in "Dpeciatn method."
• Indiv layer entry
  If the "Commit(K)" button is clicked on the [Indiv layer entry] screen, the checkbox becomes ON. It becomes unselectable if the status is changed back to OFF.
• Disposal pro rata rate
  Displayed only when "Other errors" is selected in "Dpeciatn method."

[Buttons]

• Indiv layer entry
  If clicked, the [Indiv layer entry] screen will appear.  You can set up the same items as those in [Dpeciatn method] by layer.  After setting up, click on the "Commit" button.  When the items are committed, the "Indiv layer entry" checkbox will be checked.
• Execute
  If clicked, the Fixed assets disposal process is executed.
  When the "Auto-journal object" checkbox is ON, the "Transfer voucher" screen will appear, and Auto-journal will be executed.
