Procedure for claims pattern registration

Function Outline

In [register claims pattern], optional pattern registration of claims can be made in accordance with the content of the task. By retrieving an already registered pattern when creating a new voucher, one can save the labor of entry.
The entry date, internal no., Claims No, expiration date, due date, and Flex date are items of which patterns will not be registered.

1.Screen Display Method

1. Select [Claims] → [Uncollected Control] → [Entry]
   
2. From the menu, select [Claims Entry]
   → The [Claims entry] screen will appear.

2. Pattern Registration Screen Display Method

1. Enter the content to register in each item.
   
2. Click on the "Register pattern (T) " button.
   The [Register Claims Pattern] screen appears.
   

3. Pattern Registration

1. Enter the pattern codes that were optionally setup (required) and the pattern name (required).
   
2. Click the "save (S)" button.
   

4. Reading Patterns

1. Click "Read Pattern (Y)"
   → The screen to select patterns will appear.
2. Select the pattern to use and click "OK."
