Register notes delivery/receipt location

Register notes delivery and receipt locations.  The same locations are commonly used for the payees and payers.

Screen Transition

Item Setup - [Details] tab

1. Select notes receipt/delivery location (or register new receipt/delivery location)
   Notes receipt/delivery locations that have been registered are listed.  Select the notes receipt/delivery location to set up.  The information on the selected notes receipt/delivery location is displayed on the Details tab.
   To register a new notes receipt/delivery location, click the "New" button.

• Code, name
  The codes and names of notes receipt/delivery locations are displayed.

2. Enter details

• Code
  Enter a code for the receipt/delivery location.  Up to 20 English one byte characters can be entered.  
• Active
• Term of validity
• Name 1, 2
• Searching
• Extension flag

  Enter additional information items 1-For names displayed, see [Additional information name setup].
