Register construction in progress account code

This menu registers Construction in progress codes.  In [Read condition], enter the conditions and click the "Refer" button, the list of Construction in progress codes matching the specified conditions will be displayed in [Spread].

Item Setup

[Read condition] (the left side of the screen)

• Read condition
  Enter the conditions for Construction in progress code to be displayed in the [Spread].
• Construction in progress code, Name
  A list of Construction in progress codes and Names matching the read conditions will be displayed.

[Construction in progress code] (the right side of the screen)

• Registered date
• Construction in progress account code type
  According to the contents defined in [Parameter setup] in [System custodian module], either one of "Project code1" or "Project code2" will be displayed.
• Construction in progress code
  Enter the code for Project code master shown in "Construction in progress account code type."
• Active
• Name1, 2
• Term of validity
• Searching
• Extension flag
• Department
• Description
• Approval No.
• Approval date
• Budget Amt
• Period of Cons
• Scheduled completion date
• Not completed/completed
  Select "Not finished" or "Completion" depending on whether the construction is completed or not.
• Completion date
  This code is available only when "completed" selected in "Not completed/completed."

  The list of Construction in progress codes matching the conditions in [Read condition] will be displayed in the spread.
• Change budget
  Click this button when registering the budget or updating the registered budget.
