The following shows characteristics of each code.

• Project code
  This code can be specified for voucher entry menus such as accounting, claims/debts and sales/purchase.  This is one of the "Items" for A/C//Sub A/C.  There are two types of codes; project code 1 and 2, which are different code systems.
  Use sample : This is a common code for a job that includes more than one department such as the "Hi-Line development project code."
  
  This is also used for the following situations.
• Financial statement creation for each project code (B/S, P/L, and register cashflow budget)
• Accounting budget and sales/purchase plan registration for each project code
• Construction in progress account management

• Accounting analysis code
  This code can be specified only in journal data related menus.  This is one of the "Items" for A/C//Sub A/C.  There are two types of codes; accounting analysis code 1 and 2, which are different code systems.
  Example of usage: This is a specialized accounting code such as the "Fund code" and "Construction code."
  
  This is also used for the following situations.
• Financial statement creation for each accounting analysis code (B/S, P/L, and register cashflow budget) 
• Accounting budget registration for each accounting analysis code
• Analysis code
  This code can be used as detailed data for sales/purchase/inventory and for [Claims entry] and [Debts entry] from claims/debts.  This is one of the "Items" for A/C // sub A/C.  There are two types of codes; analysis code 1 and 2, which are different code systems.
  
  Example of usage: Serial trrade management code for sales/purchase/inventory such as "Lot No.," "Serial No." and "Cost code."
  
  This is also used for the following situations.
• "Inventory Qty control for each lot" and "Lot tracing" in inventory control
• Sales/purchase plan registration for each analysis code
• Manufacturing No.
  This can be used for detailed data from sales/purchase/inventory.
