Employee Setup (Details)

Set the details on the employees involved in the operation of A.S.I.A.  Use [Employee setup] to newly register an employee.

Item Setup - [Details 1] tab

  1. Selecting an employee
    Click "Reference" to see a list of employees that fall under the read condition.  Select the name of the employee for which you want to make settings.  The name of the selected employee then appears on [Details] tab.
  1. Entering detailed information
    Make settings on the basic personnel record, such as the employee's length of service.
  • Code, Type, Name, Term of validity, Name
    Information on the selected employee appears on the display.  No change can be made.
  • Active, Extension flag, Sex
    Information on the selected employee appears on the display.  No change can be made.
  • Operator
    This box is checked only if the relevant employee is defined as an A.S.I.A. operator in [Employee setup].  No change can be made.
  • Browser operator
    This box is checked only if the relevant employee is defined as Browser operator in [Employee setup].  No change can be made.
  • Date of entrance
    Enter the date on which the relevant employee entered the company.
  • Length of service
    Enter the employee's length of service at the time this setting is made.  Decimals can also be entered.  Currently no automatic update is made.
  • Date of birth
    Enter the employee's date of birth.
  • Age
    Enter the employee's age at the time this setting is made.  Decimals can also be entered.  Currently no automatic update is made.
  • Picture
    If you want the picture of the employee's face, use "Reference" to specify the file to include these pictures.  The full path of the picture file then appears on the display.  Use "Picture" to see the picture.
  • Service pattern
    Currently not used.

Item Setup - [Details 2] tab

  1. Entering detailed information 2
    Enter the employee's Indiv. information and unit price information, such as address and phone No.
  • Zip, Current address, TEL1/TEL2, E-mail1/E-mail2, URL
    Enter the employee's Indiv information.
  • Std time unit price(Unit, Currency, Amt)
    Enter the std. time unit price.  Select "Unit" from "Time" and "Entry date," and enter the "Currency" and "Amt."  The information entered in this procedure is currently not available. Std. time unit price can be set for each job title selected in [Job title] tab.
  • Std time unit price(Unit, Currency, Amt)
    "Unit" and "Currency" that are specified in "Std time unit price" are shown.  Enter the overtime unit Amt.  The information entered in this procedure is currently not available.  The overtime unit price can be set for each job title selected in the [Job title] tab.

Item Setup - [Affiliation Dept] tab

  1. Entering information on the Affiliation Dept
    Enter the history of the Affiliation Dept to which the employee belongs.
  • Department code, Name
    Choose from Department and Warehouse/Process Dept.
  • Term of validity (from), Term of validity (until)
    Enter the length of the period during which the employee belonged to the department that was entered.  In doing so, you cannot enter days that have already been entered in another line.
  • Memo1, 2
    Enter the Memo information.

Item Setup - [Job title] tab

  1. Entering information on job title
    Enter the employee's job title history.
  • Job title code, Name
    Choose from the job titles registered in [Register job title].
  • Term of validity (from), Term of validity (until)
    Enter the length of the employee's term of office for the job title you chose.  In doing so, you cannot enter days that have already been entered in another line.
  • Memo1, 2
    Enter the Memo item.
