Procedure for Execution

Outline

This module performs the data import process.

1.Screen Display Method

1. Select [Server Applications]  → [Data Import]  → [Master Import].
2. Select [Execute] from the Menu.
    → The [Execute] screen is displayed.

2. New Registration of Data

1. Enter an Import code for data to be imported in the Header.
   Click the "Refer (X)" button.
    → Applicable data will be displayed in the [Spread].
2. Check the "Execution flag" check box for data to be imported.  If you want to only check data without actually importing it, check off the "Checking flag" check box as well.  You can check or uncheck the "Checking flag" for data whose "Execution flag" checkbox is ON.
   If multiple data are displayed for the same "Data class," only one "Execution flag" check box can be checked off for each "Data Class."
3. Click the "Start (A)" button.
    → The Import process will be executed.
