Procedure for Timer control setup

Outline

Make settings for automatic creation of journal data and batch output of forms.  The setup procedures for [Execute], [Master export] and [Accounting export] are basically the same.  This section explains the procedure using batch output of correspondent list of [Master export] as an example.

1. Screen display method

1. Select [Server applications]  → [Timer control]  → [Master export].
2. Select [Correspondent] from the menu.
    → The [Correspondent list] screen will be displayed.

2. Batch output setup

 → To Menu Reference

1. Select type of forms to be output from the pull-down menu.  Provide the batch output setting with a name and code.
2. Enter conditions such as output range.
3. Click the "Save (S)" button.
    → The setting will be saved.
