Procedure for Execution status and form output status reference

Outline

Check the status of execution of auto-journal and batch output of forms.  The reference procedures of the status of execution for [Execute] and of output of forms for [Master export] and [Accounting export] are basically the same.  This section explains the procedure using the status of output of forms as an example.

1. Screen display method

1. Select [Server applications]  → [Timer control]  → [Master export].
2. Select [Refer Form Output Status] from the menu.
    → The [Refer form output status] screen is displayed.

2. Output status reference

 → To Menu Reference

1. Enter the executing date, process type (form type) and parameter code of the batch processing to refer to.
2. Click the "Refer (X)" button.
    → The output status will be listed.
