Execute absorption journal
For an absorption pattern checked for the validity of execution, an absorption journal is initiated. The absorption journal is created in order of row numbers.
Even though an absorption journal has been executed once, the absorption journal can be deleted and another absorption journal can be started with another absorption pattern.
It might be used for simulation.
