Procedure for Register assets type group

Outline

Assets type group data of fixed assets is entered on the [Details] tab in [Register assets type group].  Assets types can be grouped on the [Register structure] as well. Grouping is up to 1 level.
A list of registered Assets type group data is displayed on the left hand side of the screen, from which data to be modified can be selected. To register a new one, click on the "New(N)" button.
New registration is described below.

1. Screen display method

1. Select [Assets] → [Fixed Assets] → [Register].
2. Select [Register assets type group] from Menu.
   → The [Register assets type group] screen is displayed.

2. Entering Details

→ To [Menu Reference]

1. Click on the "New(N)" button.
2. Enter necessary details (Code, Name, etc.).
3. Enter "Additional information" if necessary.
4. Click on the "Save(S)" button.

3. Registering Group structure

1. Group Assets types using the following operations;

• To register:
  Drag and drop the Assets type on the right hand side of the screen onto the Assets type group on the left hand side of the screen.
• To change:
  Drag and drop the Assets type on the left hand side of the screen.
• To cancel:
  Select "Exclude from structure" by right-clicking on the Assets type on the left hand side of the screen, and drag and drop the Assets type from the left hand side to the right hand side of the screen.

2. Click on the "Exit(E)" button.
