Fixed Assets Module Outline

[Fixed Assets module] covers the following: assets information management, simplification of local tax declaration and accounting process, and multiplex management of the depreciation calculation for taxation/Accounting.  This module is interlocked with the [Construction in progress Module] and [Leased Assets Module].

Menu structure

• Register
  Depreciation layer can be set up.
  Register Declaration target, Install location, Reason, Assets type, Assets type Group, Depreciation calculation, Type, Structure, Detail and Reduction type for fixed assets.
• Entry
  Performs the following: Register, Transfer process, Sale process, Disposal process, Divide process, Change Depreciation method, Depreciation Update, Data Searching.
• Execute
  Executes Depreciation Auto-journal.
• Forms
  Outputs the following forms:

Output Forms

Form name	Comment
Fixed assets list	Outputs a list of registered fixed assets data.
Fixed assets fluctuation sheet	Outputs data on fixed assets increase/decrease.
Depreciation schedule list	Outputs the fixed assets depreciation status, Depreciation method, etc.
Transfer history list	Outputs fixed assets transfer history.
Additional Detail list	Outputs additional details of fixed assets objects.
Appendices 16	Outputs Appendices 16 from Depreciation information.
