Fixed assets disposal(Searching items, Object list)

In [Fixed assets disposal(Searching items, Object list)] module, the Fixed assets data to be disposed is extracted and displayed as a list.  Select data from the [Object list] to dispose, modify or delete.

Item Setup

[Searching Items]

You can specify the Items that can be entered in [Register fixed assets] as searching conditions.
This section only explains items that require special explanations such as items that are not on the [Register fixed assets] Entry screen.

• Type
  Choose to dispose fixed assets or Modify/Delete fixed assets disposal data.  Select "Execute" or "Modify/Delete."
• Disposal date
  If "Modify/Delete" is selected in "Type", enter the Entry date range.
• Assets type(displayed only when "Execute" is selected in "Type")
  The assets type group other than a assets type can also be specified.
• Auto-journal object, No auto-journal(displayed only when "Modify/Delete" is selected in "Type")
  If "Auto-journal object" is selected, enter Voucher data in [Voucher].

[Lease Type]

Enter a lease type when you want to search the fixed assets data interlocked with [Leased Assets].

• Leased assets
  Select " (Blank)," "Leased assets" or "None."
• Lease transaction type
  Can be selected if " (Blank)" or "Leased assets" is selected in "Leased assets."  Select one or more from the following: "No simulation," "Finance lease(OFF-BALANCE)" and "Finance lease(ON-BALANCE)."

[Object List]

• Executed
  In rows for which the disposal process (Execute, Modifying) has been executed in BulkDisposal or IndivDisposal, the checkbox is ON.
• Bulk Execute object
  Check rows for Bulk Disposal or Bulk Delete.  Unselectable in the row for which the disposal process (Execute, Modifying) has been executed in Bulk Disposal or Indiv Disposal.
• Acquisition date
• History No.
• Internal No.
• Assets No.
• Branch No.
• Name
  The Fixed assets object name is displayed.
• Assets entry Dept, Name
• Supervisory Dept, Name
• In charge, Name
• Install location, Name

  If you select and click on applicable fixed assets data from [Object list], [Fixed assets details display] screen will appear.  On this screen, you can confirm the contents entered on the [Register fixed assets] screen.
• Refer
• BulkSetup
  Collectively sets "Auto-journal object" to ON.
• BulkCancel
  Collectively sets "Auto-journal object" to OFF.
• Execute
  If you select and click on applicable fixed assets data from [Object list], the [Fixed assets disposal] screen is displayed to individually execute the Disposal process.
• IndivModifying
  If you select and click on applicable fixed assets data from [Object list], the [Modify fixed assets disposal] is displayed where you can modify contents entered on the [Register fixed assets] screen.
• Bulk Execute, BulkModifying
  Depending on how the "Type" is specified, the button switches. If clicked, the [Bulk fixed assets disposal] screen will appear.  On this screen, you can collectively execute the disposal process for or modify applicable fixed assets data.
• Clear
• Delete
  If you click on the "Delete" button with the [Bulk Execute object] checkbox ON for the disposed fixed assets data in [Object list], the Fixed assets disposal data will be deleted.
