Register assets type

Fixed assets Properties are registered by type in [Register assets type]. Type data, Structure data and Detail data can be entered and associated with each data.

Item Setup

List (on the left hand side of the screen)

A list of registered Assets type data is displayed.

  Select Type data registered in [Register type].
• Structure
  Select Structure data registered in [Register structure].
• Detail
  Select Detail data registered in [Register detail].
• Depreciation calculation
  Select Depreciation calculation data registered in [Register depreciation calculation].
• Durable years
  Displays Durable years of "Detail" by default if "Detail" is entered, Durable years of "Structure" if "Detail" is not entered and "Structure" is entered, and Durable years of "Type" if neither "Structure" nor "Detail" is entered.
• Remaining rate
  0 is displayed by default if "Depreciation method set" of the "Depreciation calculation" entered is "Modified accelerated depreciation method".
• Limit ratio
  1 is displayed by default if "Depreciation method set" of the "Depreciation calculation" entered is "Modified accelerated depreciation method".
• A/C, Sub A/C
  Can be entered only if "SP type" in [Register A/C and Sub A/C] is A/C Code set up in "Fixed assets".
• Depreciation total A/C, Sub A/C
  Can be entered only if the same A/C Property as "A/C".
  Can be entered only if "SP type" in [Register A/C and Sub A/C] is A/C Code set up in "Fixed assets".
