Item Setup

Items that can be entered in [Entry] can be specified as searching conditions.
This section explaines only items that require special explanations such as items that are not on the "Entry" screen.

• Execution term
  Specify an Accounting year and Term as a range.  1 through 12 can be entered in the Term field.
  You can select the range from Past/Present/Next accounting months/years that exist in the Accounting year master.

[Header item]

• Layer
  Select one of "1"-"5" for the checkboxes a layer is set.
• Output unit
  Select one or more checkboxes from the following: "Assets type," "Type," "Type+Structure," "Type+Structure+Detail," "A/C," and "A/C + Sub A/C."
• Leased assets
  Select " (Blank)," "Leased assets," or "None."  Select " (Blank)" to search for fixed assets data regardless of whether they are Leased assets or not.
• Assets entry Dept range
  Select "ON" or "OFF."
  If "ON" is selected;
  "Assets entry Dept" is displayed, and you can specify the searching range of the Entry Department.
  If "OFF" is selected;
  "Transfer transaction" is displayed, and you can specify searching conditions for Transfer transactions.
• Transfer transaction
  Select "Inclusive" or "Exclusive."
• Assets type
  The assets type group other than a assets type can also be specified.

[Detail item]

• AmtUnit
  Select "yen," "thousand yen" or "million yen."
• Searching object(A/C, Sub A/C)
  If there is a Sub A/C in A/C and you want to enter the range for Sub A/C, click on the "Sub A/C" option button.
• A/C, Sub A/C
  "Sub A/C" is displayed only if the "Sub A/C" option button is selected in "Searching object (A/C, Sub A/C)."
• Item
  Select from " (Blank)," "D description," "Project code1, 2," "Accounting analysis code1, 2," or "Flexible master1-3" to enter the range.  Select "(Blank)" to search for fixed assets data regardless of the item.  Item2 can be selected only if Item1 has been selected.

[Other errors]

• Macro file, Macro
  To apply an Microsoft-Excel Macro at the time of output, enter the names of the Macro file and the Macro.

[Buttons]

• Browse
• Start
  If clicked, the [Output destination] screen is displayed, and you can select the output destination of the form either "Excel format" or "CSV format."
• Clear
• Exit
