Procedure for Output form

Outline

To output forms, select accounting data and specify the output format either Excel or CSV.  All forms in the [Fixed assets module] can be output by the same operation.  This section explains how to output a form, taking [Fixed assets fluctuation sheet] output as an example.

1.Screen display method

  1. Select [Assets] → [Fixed Assets] → [Forms].
  2. Select a form from the Menu ([Fixed assets list], [Detail list of increase/decrease], [Depreciation Scheduled List], [Transfer history list], [Attached Detail list], [Appendices 16]).
    → The screen for each output form will appear.

2.Searching Conditions Entry


→ To Menu Reference

  1. Enter searching conditions for the accounting data to be output.
  2. Click on the "Start(A)" button.
    → A dialog to specify the output format will appear.

3.Entering Output Format

  1. To output as an Excel file (if number of rows in the form is 65,000 or less), click on the "Excel output(Y)" button.
    → A Form image (an Excel screen) will be displayed.
  2. To output as a CSV file (if number of rows in the form is greater than 65,000), click on the "Create CSV(F)" button.
    → A screen to specify save destination will appear.  Change the file name if necessary, and save the file.

    You can also save the data as an Excel file with any name.
