Item Setup

Items that can be entered in [Entry] can be specified as Searching conditions.
Only the items particularly needed for comments such as items that are not on the [Entry] entry screen are described below.

You need to check off the "Increase type", "Decrease type" or "Output balance type" checkbox to search.

• Output date
  Enter the Entry date range to output a form.
• Increase type
  Enter Reason (increased). Check off one or more of the "Acquisition", "Transfer" and "Divide" checkboxes.
• Decrease type
  Enter Reason (decreased). Check off one or more of the "Sale", "Disposal", "Transfer" and "Divide" checkboxes.
• Output balance type
  Check off the checkbox to output the balances of "Acquisition value", "Reduction price", "Opening book value" and "Depreciation total Amt".
• Sort order
  Enter a sort item to output a list. Select from "Nothing", "Assets entry Dept", "Assets type code", "Declaration target", "A/C" and "A/C + Sub A/C".

[Header item]

• Layer
  Layers set up can be selected.
• Declaration object
  Select "(Blank)", "Declaration" or "No declaration object". Select "(Blank)" to search for fixed assets data regardless of a Declaration object.
• Transfer details
  Select "(Blank)", "Dept transfer" or "Declaration target transfer". Select "(Blank)" to search for fixed assets data regardless of contents of the Transfer process.
• Assets type
  The assets type group other than a assets type can also be specified.

[Header(other items)]

The ">>>" button switches it to [Header main item].

• Construction in progress interlocking
  Select "(Blank)", "Interlocking" or "No interlocking. Select "(Blank)" to search for fixed assets data regardless of interlocking with the [Construction in progress module].
• Simulation
  Select "(Blank)", "Object" or "None". Select "(Blank)" to search for fixed assets data regardless of a Simulation object.

[Lease type]

Enter the Lease transaction type to search for fixed assets data interlocked with the [Leased Assets Module].

• Leased assets
  Select " (Blank)", "Leased assets" or "None. Select " (Blank)" for searching regardless of Leased assets.
• Lease transaction type
  Can be selected if "(Blank)" or "Leased assets" is selected in "Leased assets". Select one or more of "Operating lease", "Finance lease/OFF-balance" and "Finance lease/ON-balance".

[Detail item]

• Searching object
  Select from "Assets A/C", "Depreciation total Amt A/C" and "Depreciation A/C".
• Searching object (A/C, Sub A/C)
  If there is Sub A/C in A/C and you want to enter a range for the Sub A/C, click on the "Sub A/C" option button.
• A/C, Sub A/C
  "Sub A/C" is displayed only if the "Sub A/C " option button is selected in "Searching object (A/C, Sub A/C)".
• Item
  Select from " (Blank)", "D description", "Project code1, 2", "Accounting analysis code1, 2" and "Flexible master1-3" and enter the range. Select "(Blank)" to search for fixed assets data regardless of the item. Item2 can be selected only if Item1 has been selected.

[Others]

• Macro file, Macro
  To apply a Microsoft-Excel macro at time of output, enter the names of the Macro file and the Macro.

[Buttons]

• Browse
• Start
  If clicked, then the [Output destination] screen is displayed. Select the Output Destination of the form from "Excel format" or "CSV format".
• Clear
• Exit
