[Depreciation Schedule List] outputs the information on Depreciation status and Depreciation methods of Fixed assets.

Item Setup

Items that can be entered in [Entry] can be specified as Searching conditions.
This section only comments on items that specifically require comments, such as items not on the entry screen of [Entry].

• Output year
  Specify the Accounting year as a range. Slashes and the term entry field are not displayed.
  The range can be specified from Past/Present/Next accounting years that are in the Accounting year master.
• Output detail
  Check the check box to retrieve detail data on "Depreciation," etc.,  Select one or both of "Depreciation pro rata" and "Output by monthly."
• Sort
  Specify a sort item for output.  Select either "Assets No." or "Year."
• Status
  Select one or more of "Undepreciated," "Processing depreciation," "Depreciated," "Stop(idle)" and "Stop(others)."
• Assets name
  Displays The Fixed assets name corresponding to the "Internal No.."
• Declaration type
  Select "(Blank)," "Declaration object" or "No declaration object."  To search for fixed assets data regardless of a Declaration object or not, select "(Blank)."
• Assets type
  The assets type group other than a assets type can also be specified.
• Simulation flag
  Select "(Blank)", "Object" or "None."  To search for fixed assets data regardless of a Simulation object or not, select "(Blank)."
• Depreciation method
  Select one or more of "Fixed rate method," "Fixed installment method," "Production proportion method," "Modified accelerated depreciation" and "Other errors."
• Layer
  Select one or more of check boxes "1" - "5" only for which a layer is set up.
• Reduction entry method
  Select "(Blank)," "None," "Direct deduction method" or "Accumulation fund method."  To search for fixed assets data regardless of a Reduction entry Object or not, select "(Blank)."
• Increase depreciation
  Select "(Blank)," "Object" or "None."  To search for fixed assets data regardless of Increase depreciation or not, select "(Blank)."
• SP depreciation
  Select "(Blank)," "None," "Temporary depreciation" or "Extra depreciation."  To search for fixed assets data regardless of whether or not there is a SP discount type, select "(Blank)."
• Construction in progress interlocking
  Select from "(Blank)," "Interlocking" or "No interlocking". To search for fixed assets data regardless of Interlocking with the [Construction in progress module], select "(Blank)."

[Leased assets]

To search for Fixed assets data interlocked with the [Leased Assets Module], specify Lease payment data.

[Lease type]

To search for Fixed assets data interlocked with the [Leased Assets Module], specify a Lease transaction type.

• Leased assets
  Select from "(Blank)," "Leased assets" or "None."  To search regardless of Leased assets or not, select " (Blank)."
• Lease transaction type
  Can be selected when "(Blank)" or "Leased assets" is selected in "Leased assets."  Select one or more of "Finance lease/OFF-balance" and "Finance lease/ON-balance."

[Detail item]

• Searching object
  Select "Assets A/C," "Depreciation total Amt A/C" or "Depreciation A/C."
• Searching object(A/C, Sub A/C)
  Click the "Sub A/C" option button, to specify a rage for the Sub A/C when a Sub A/C is in A/C.
• A/C, Sub A/C
  "A/C" is displayed only if the "Sub A/C" option button is selected with "A/C, Sub A/C."
• Item 1, 2
  Select from "(Blank)," "Department," "Correspondent," "D description," "Project code 1, 2" and "Accounting analysis code 1, 2" and specify the range.  To search for Fixed assets data regardless of the item, select "(Blank)."  Item 2 can be selected only if Item 1 has been selected.

[Other errors]

• Macro file, Macro
  To apply an Microsoft-Excel Macro at time of output, specify names of the Macro file and the Macro.

[Buttons]

• Browse
• Start
  Clicking this button displays the [Output destination] screen. Select from "Excel format" or "CSV format" as the Output destination of the form.
• Clear
