Item Setup

Items that can be entered in [Entry] can be specified as searching conditions.
This section explains items that require special explanations such as items that are not on the "Entry" screen.

• Appendices 16 type
  Select "Appendices 16-1" or "Appendices 16-2."
• Layer
  Select one of "1" - "5" option buttons for which a layer is set up.
• Output type
  Select "Acquisitions before this year," "Acquisitions during this year," or "All."

[Period]

• Output year
  Specify an Accounting year as a range.  Slashes and the Term entry field are not displayed.
  You can select the range that can be entered from Past/Present/Next accounting years that exist in the Accounting year master.
• Settlement type
  Select "Commit" or "Semi-annual."
• Declaration of semi-annual settlement
  Displayed only if "Semi-annual" is selected in the "Settlement type."  Select "1/2 of estimated annual Amt" or "Deemed accounting period."

[Searching condition]

• Leased assets
  Select "Only lease," "Non lease" or "All."
• Simulation
  Select "ON", "OFF" or "All."
• Increase depreciation
  Select "ON," "OFF" or "All."
• SP depreciation
  Select one or more from the following: "Temporary depreciation," "Extra depreciation" and "Non special depreciation."

[Output condition]

• Summary type
  Select "Yes" or "No."
• Output detail
  Displayed only if "Yes" is selected in the "Summary type."  Select either "Acquisitions during this term" or "SP depreciation" or both.
• Total field
  Select one or more from the following: "Closing balance," "Total detail" and "No total."
• Total output
  Displayed only if "Closing balance" or "Total detail" is selected in "Total field". Select one or more of "Type," "Structure" and "Detail."
• Summary condition
  Displayed only if "Yes" is selected in "Summary type." Select one or more of "Type," "Structure," "Durable years," "Depreciation rate," "Increased depreciation rate", "Applicable provision" and "SP depreciation rate."
  The "Type" checkbox is fixed to ON.  No modification can be made.
• Disposal inventory
  Displayed only if "No" is selected in "Summary type," Select either "Inclusive" or "Exclusive" or both.

[Other errors]

• Macro file, Macro
  To apply an Microsoft-Excel Macro at time of Output, enter the names of the Macro file and the Macro.

[Buttons]

• Browse
• Start
  If clicked, the [Output destination] screen will appear.  You can select the output destination of the form either "Excel format" or "CSV format."
• Clear
• Exit
