Fixed assets list

Item Setup

You can specify detailed search conditions using the [Header] and [Detail] tabs.
Items that can be entered in [Entry] can be specified as searching conditions.
This section explains only items that require special explanations such as items that are not on the [Entry] entry screen.

[Header main item]

• Execution term
  Enter Accounting year and Term as a range. 1 through 12 can be entered in the Term field.
  The range to enter can be selected from A/C years/months of Past/Present/Next accounting years in the Accounting year master.
• Assets acquisition value = 0
  To retrieve fixed assets data whose Acquisition Amt is "0", check the checkbox.
• Output details
  To retrieve detail data on "Depreciation", etc., check the checkbox.
• Assets name
  The fixed assets name associated with Internal No. will be displayed.
• Assets type
  The assets type group other than a assets type can also be specified.
• Update operator
  Specify to narrow down the search with Operator who entried or modified the fixed assets data to be searched.
• Simulation
  Select "(Blank)", "Simulation" or "None."  To search fixed assets data regardless of whether they are Simulation objects or not, select "(Blank)."
• Construction in progress interlocking
  Select "(Blank)," "Construction in progress interlock only" or "Exclude Construction in progress interlock."  To search fixed assets data regardless of interlocking with [Construction in progress module], select "(Blank)."
• Declaration type
  Select "(Blank)", "Declaration" or "No declaration object".  To search fixed assets data regardless of whether they are declaration objects or not, select "(Blank)."
• Lease contract
  Check one or both of the "Internal No." and "Contract No." checkboxes.
• Output disposal assets
  Check one or both of the "Include disposal before Previous year" and "Include disposal current year" checkboxes.
• Output sold assets
  Check one or both of "Include sales before Previous year" and "Include sale current year" checkboxes.

[Lease contract]

To search fixed assets data interlocking with the [Leased Assets Module], enter interlocking Lease payment data No.

• Internal No.
• Contract No.

[Lease type]

To search fixed assets data interlocked with the [Leased Assets Module], enter the Lease transaction type interlocked.

• Leased assets
  Select "(Blank)," "Leased assets" or "None."  To search regardless of whether they are Leased assets or not, select "(Blank)."
• Lease transaction type
  Can be selected if "(Blank)" or "Leased assets" is selected in "Leased assets."  Select one or more from the following: "Operating lease," "Finance lease/OFF-balance" and "Finance lease/ON-balance."

[Depreciation calculation related item]

• Layer
  Check one or more checkboxes for those a layer is set up among "1" - "5."
• Status
  A required item. Check one or more of the following: "Undepreciated," "Processing depreciation," "Depreciated," "Stop(idle)," "Stop(others)" and "No depreciation" checkboxes.
• Increase depreciation
  To search increase depreciation data, check the checkbox.
• SP discount type
  Select "(Blank)," "None," "SP depreciation" or "Extra depreciation."  To search fixed assets data regardless of whether SP discount type is set or not, select "(Blank)."
• Reduction entry method
  Select "(Blank)," "No reduction," "Reduction," "Direct deduction method only" or "Only accumulation fund method."  To search fixed assets data regardless of whether a Reduction entry method is specified or not, select "(Blank)."

[Fixed assets A/C related item]

• A/C, Sub A/C
  If Sub A/C exists in A/C and you want to specify the range for the Sub A/C, click on the "Sub A/C" option button.
• Fixed assets A/C, Sub A/C
  The ">>>" button switches displays to "Depreciation total Amt A/C."
  Displayed only if the "Sub A/C" button is selected in "A/C, Sub A/C."
• Depreciation total Amt A/C, Sub A/C
  The ">>>" button switches displays to "Fixed assets A/C."  Displayed only if the "Sub A/C" option button is selected in "A/C, Sub A/C."

[Depreciation Exp A/C related item]

• A/C, Sub A/C
  If Sub A/C exists in A/C and you want to enter the range of the Sub A/C, then click on the "Sub A/C" option button.
• Depreciation A/C, Sub A/C
  The "Sub A/C" is displayed only if the "Sub A/C" option button is selected in "A/C, Sub A/C."

[Other errors]

• Macro file, Macro
  To apply a Microsoft-Excel Macro at time of output, enter the Macro file and Macro names.

[Buttons]

• Browse
• Start
  If clicked, the "Output destination" screen will appear.  You can select an output destination of the form either "Excel format" or "CSV format."
• Clear
• Exit
