Fixed assets moving (Searching items, Object list)

In [Fixed assets moving (Searching items, Object list)] fixed assets data to be transferred are extracted and displayed as a list.  Select data to be transferred or modified/deleted from the [Object list].

Item Setup

[Searching items]

You can specify items that can be entered in [Register fixed assets] as Searching conditions.
This section explains only items that require special explanations such as items that are not on the [Register fixed assets] entry screen.

• Type
  Choose to transfer fixed assets or modify/delete fixed assets moving data.  Select  "Execute" or "Modify/Delete."
• Transfer entry date
  If "Modify/Delete" has been selected in "Type", enter the Entry date range.
• Assets type(displayed only when "Execute" is selected in "Type")
  The assets type group other than a assets type can also be specified.
• Auto-journal object, No auto-journal(displayed only when "Modify/Delete" is selected in "Type")
  If "Auto-journal object" is selected, enter Voucher data in [Voucher].

[Lease type]

Enter when you want to search the fixed assets data interlocked with [Leased Assets].

• Leased assets
  Select "(Blank)," "Leased assets," or "None."
• Lease transaction type
  Can be selected if "(Blank)" or "Leased assets" is selected in "Leased assets."  Select one or more from the following: "No simulation," "Finance lease (OFF-BALANCE)" and "Finance lease(ON-BALANCE)."

[Object list]

• Executed
  When a transfer process (Execute, Modify) is performed by Bulk Transfer or Indiv Transfer, the checkbox will be checked.
• Bulk Execute object
  Check this checkbox for the rows to be collectively transferred or deleted.  For the rows for which a transfer process (Execute, Modify) has been executed by Bulk Transfer or Bulk Delete, this option cannot be selected.

  The fixed assets object name is displayed.
• Assets entry Dept, Name

[Buttons]

  Select applicable fixed asset data from [Object list] and click this button.  The [Fixed assets details display] screen will appear, allowing you to confirm contents entered on the [Register fixed assets] screen.
• Refer
  If clicked, extracted fixed assets data will be listed in [Object list].
• Bulk Setup
  Collectively sets "Auto-journal object" to ON.
• Bulk Cancel
  Collectively sets "Auto-journal object" to OFF.
• Execute
  If you select applicable fixed assets data from [Object list] and click this button, the [Fixed assets moving] screen will appear.  You can execute the transfer process individually.
• Modify
  If you select applicable fixed assets data from [Object list] and click this button, the [Modify fixed assets moving] screen will appear.  You can modify the contents entered in the [Register fixed assets] screen.
• Bulk Execute, Bulk Modifying
  These two buttons switches depending on the "Type" specified.  If clicked, the [Bulk fixed assets moving] screen will appear to collectively transfer or modify applicable fixed assets data.
• Clear
• Delete
  If you click on the "Delete" button with the "Bulk execute object" checkbox of the applicable transferred fixed assets data checked in the [Object list], the fixed assets moving data will be deleted.
