Divide fixed assets

[Divide fixed assets] extracts fixed assets data to be divided.  Divide process results can be listed.

Item Setup

[Searching items]

• Type
  Select either "New" or "Modify/Delete."
• Divide entry date
  Cannot be entered if "Modify/Delete" is selected in "Type."
• Internal No., Divide source internal No.
  Enter Internal No. of Fixed assets to be divided.  If the "Modify/Delete" button is clicked, the display will switch to "Divide source internal No.."
• Assets No., Divide source assets No.
  Enter Assets No. and Branch No. of the fixed assets to be divided.  Clicking the "Modify/Delete" button switches the screen to "Divide source assets No."

[Assets information]

Fixed assets object information before divided is displayed.

• History No.
• Divide Std layer
  The smallest layer among those with the "Active" flag ON will be displayed as a Divide Standard Layer.
• Assets name
• Assets entry Dept
• Supervisory Dept
• Declaration target
• Acquisition value
• Qty
• Depreciable limit
• Opening book value
• Unit

[Divide method]

• Divide method
  Select "Branch No." or "Assets No."
  If "Modify/Delete" is set in "Type," either "Branch No." or "Assets No.," whichever appropriate, will be displayed according to the comparison between "Divide source assets No." and "Divide Dest Assets No."  You cannot make selection.
  To acquire a new Assets No. after divided, select "Assets No."  To divide using Branch No., select "Branch No."
• Other units
  To change the unit, check the checkbox.  If the check box is ON, the "Unit" will be displayed in [Spread].

[Leased assets interlocking]

For fixed assets data interlocked with [Leased Assets], information before divide is displayed.

• Contract internal No.
  Contract internal No. of the [Leased Assets] module is displayed.
• Contract No.
  Contract No. of the [Leased Assets] module is displayed.

[Spread]

Divide process results will be listed.

• Internal No.
• Prefix No.
• Numbering
  If "Assets No." is selected in "Divide method", a new number will be assigned after the Divide process.
• Branch No.
  If "Branch No." is selected in "Divide method", a new number will be assigned after the Divide process.
• History No.
• Name
  The Name of the Fixed assets object is displayed.
• Fixed assets description
• Acquisition value
• Qty
  Can be modified after the Divide process.
• Unit
  Displayed only if the "Other units" check box is ON.  You can modify after the Divide process.
