Item Setup

You can specify the entry-enabled items in [Entry] as searching condition.  In this section, we comment only the items that you may particularly need some description, for example, some items that do not present on the entry screen of [Entry].

[Main]

• Lease entry type
  Select "Operating lease," "Finance lease (off-balance)" and/or "Finance lease(on-balance)."
• Expenses
  Select "Prepaid expenses" and/or "Unpaid expenses."  
• Year/Month
  Set up the range of accounting year and term.  You can enter 1-12 in the term field. 
  The entry-enabled range is past/present/next accounting year that is present in the accounting year master. 

[Others]

• Macro file, Macro
  When applying a macro in Microsoft-Excel for output, enter the macro file and macro name. 

[Buttons]

  Click the button displays the [Output destination] screen, allowing you to select an output destination from "Excel format" or "CSV format."
