Item Setup

[Main]

• Period (from/to)
  Select one of the following period (from/to). 
  Results of output for each format is as below:

  Period (from/to)	Results of output
  Term	Outputs a form by term.
  Quarter	Outputs a form by quarter.
  Half-year	Outputs a form by half-year.
  Year	Outputs a form by year.

• Accounting period
  Entry methods vary from contents selected in "Period (from/to)."  

  Period (from/to)	Entry method of accounting period
  Term	Enter the accounting year and term.  You can enter 1-12 in the term field.  Entry-enabled range includes accounting year and term in the past/present/future accounting year that is registered in the accounting year master.
  Quarter	Enter the accounting year and quarter.  You can enter 1-4 in the quarter field.  Entry-enabled range includes accounting year and quarter in the past/present/future accounting year that is registered in the accounting year master.
  Half-year	Enter the accounting year and half-year.  You can enter 1 or 2 in the half-year field.  Entry-enabled range includes accounting year and half-year in the past/present/future accounting year that is registered in the accounting year master.
  Year	Enter the accounting year.  Slash and an entry field are not displayed.  Entry-enabled range includes the past/present/future accounting year that is registered in the accounting year master.

• Item 1, 2
  Select "Leasing company," "Lease Dept," "Payment Dept," "Own financial Inst," "Own bank account" or "Flexible master 1-5."  You can make a selection in "Item 2" after completing an entry in "Item 1."  
• Currency
  Select "All currencies" or "By currency."  When you select "By currency," a combo box is displayed.  Select currency from the combo box. 

[Others]

• Macro file, Macro
  When applying a macro in Microsoft-Excel for output, enter the macro file and macro name.

[Buttons]

  Click the button displays the [Output destination] screen, allowing you to select an output destination from "Excel format" or "CSV format." 
• Exit
