Procedure for outputting a claims list

Outline

Outputs a Claims list. You can choose the output format either "Excel output" or "Create CSV".

1. Screen display method

  1. [Claims] → [Uncollected Control] → select [Form].
  2. Select [Claims List] from the menu.
    → [Claims list] screen will be displayed.

2. Searching conditions entry

  1. Enter searching conditions for accounting data to be output.
  2. Click the "Start (A)" button.
    → Dialog to specify the output format will be displayed.

3. Designating Output Condition

  1. To output the data as an Excel file (when the number of rows of the form does not exceed 65,000), click the "Excel output (Y)" button.
    → Form image (Excel screen) will be displayed.
  2. To output the data as a CSV file (when the number of rows of the form exceeds 65,000), click the "Create CSV(F)" button.
    → A screen to specify where to save the file will be displayed. If necessary, change the filename to save.

    You can also save the data as an Excel file with any name.
