Procedure for searching claims data

Function Outline

In [Claims data searching], claims data already registered is searched.

1. Method for calling the screen

1. [Claims] → [Uncollected Control] → select [Entry].
   
2. Select [Claims Data Search] from the menu.
   → [Claims data search] screen will appear.

2. Searching conditions entry

1. Enter extraction conditions for data to be searched.
   To increase the search speed, enter searching conditions in detail.
   
2. To search items in [Detail] screen, click the [Detail] tab.
   To search items in [Collection Plan] screen, click the [Collection Plan] tab.
   Setting up the searching conditions by switching the tab allows you to narrow down the search results.
   
3. Click the "Refer (X) " button.
   

3. Selection of claims data

1. Data that match the searching conditions will be displayed in the spread.
2. Point the cursor to the data which you want to confirm the information and click the "Detail (D)" button.
