Arriving list
In [Arriving list], search for the registered arrival data based on the specified conditions, then output on the form.

Item Setup
[Searching items]
Use the [Header] tab and the [Detail] tab to specify the detailed searching conditions.
You may specify the items that can be entered in [Entry] as searching conditions.
Here, we will only comment on the items that require special explanation such as items that do not exist in the [entry] screen.

Status
Select the "status" of the voucher to place the search, from "Arriving", "Checking", or "Checked." You may select more than one. When the search is executed with all of the checkboxes turned OFF, all of the vouchers will be treated as search objects.
[Sort]

Entry date, Arriving No.
Specify the sequence to display and output the search results. Select from either "entry date " sequence or "Arriving No." sequence.
[Output type]

Header, Header and Detail
Specify the data to include when displaying and outputting the search results. Select either "Header" or "Header and Detail."
In case of [Header]
Only the header information of the voucher data will be output.
In case of [Header and Detail]
Both header information and detail information of the voucher data will be output.
[Output name]

Name1, 2
With the option button, select the [name] to use to display and output the search results from either Name1 or Name2.
[Others]
- Macro file, Macro name
Specify the Macro File and the Macro Name when applying the Microsoft
Excel during Output.
[Buttons]

When this button is clicked, the [output destination] screen appears. Select the form output destination from either "Excel Format" or "CSV Format."
