Inventory moving entry, Inventory transfer entry

On [Inventory moving entry] screen, you can enter the information about inventory transfer between warehouses/processes.
On [Inventory transfer entry] screen, you can enter the transfer information of goods' manufacturing No., analysis code 1 or analysis code 2.

Item setup

[Header (main item)]

Enter the common information for inventory moving or transfer. You can enter the goods information individually in [Details], instead that you make the entry in [Header].
Clicking the ">>>(0)"button on the upper right-hand side of the screen switches the display of the [Min item] and [Sub item].

• Entry date
  When the "Scheduled" check box is checked, the entry date indicates the moving schedule date or T/F schedule date.
• Scheduled
  Check the check box when you enter the schedule of inventory moving/transfer.
• Production schedule No.
• Internal No.
• Inventory moving No. or Inventory T/F No.
• Manufacturing No.
  Enter the manufacturing No.
  Once you enter the number, the same "Manufacturing No." will automatically be entered in [Detail]. As long as the "Manufacturing No." is entered in [Header], you cannot modify any manufacturing No. for each detail except the T/F Dest "Manufacturing No." for inventory transfer.
• Goods code
  Enter the goods code. When the entry goods are coupled with a product structure, you can make an entry in "Product structure."
• Product structure
  Enter the product structure code. Once you enter the code, the detail data of subsidiary goods will automatically be created.
• Original warehouse/process (displayed only for Inventory moving entry)
  Enter the Dept code as moving/transfer source.
  Once you enter the code, the same "Original warehouse/process" value will automatically be entered in [Detail].
• Destination warehouse/Process (displayed only for Inventory moving entry)
  Enter the Dept code as moving/transfer destination.
  Once you enter the code, the same "Destination warehouse/Proc" value will automatically be entered in [Detail].
• Department (displayed only for Inventory transfer entry)
  Enter the department code.
  Once you enter the code, the same "Department" value will automatically be entered in [Detail].
• Qty (displayed only when "Product structure" is entered)
  Enter the quantity of the primary goods of which product structure is entered. The entry with negative amounts is also allowed.
• Multiple (displayed only for Inventory moving entry)
  This is an item to calculate incidental expenses. You cannot enter 10 or larger value.
  Once you make an entry, the same value will automatically be entered in "Multiple" of [Detail].

• Goods code, name 
• Original warehouse/proc, name, Location code (source), name (displayed only for Inventory moving entry)
  Enter the original warehouse/process department and the location code that is used when you output a picking list. When the location is not registered for the department entered in "Original warehouse/process," "Location code (source)" will be hidden.
• Dest Warehouse/Proc, name, Location code (Dest), name (displayed for Inventory moving entry)
  Enter the Dest warehouse/process department and the location code that is used when you output a picking list. When the location is not registered for the department entered in "Dest warehouse/process," "Location code (Dest)" will be hidden.
• Department code, name, Location code, name (displayed only for Inventory transfer entry)
• Unit, Packing entry
  When "Unit" is selected, "Std unit" displays the correspondent unit.
  When "Packing entry" is selected, "Std unit" displays "Packing." When you select the packing unit from the pull-down menu, the quantity of the specified packing will be displayed in "Unit Qty."
• Unit Qty
  When the Primary goods and Product structure are selected in [Header], the quantity of goods that is registered in [Detail] with product structures will be displayed.
  When the packing is selected in [Detail], the quantity of the packing will be displayed.
• Structure Qty
  The Structure Qty should be entered/calculated as follows, depending on the product structure status for primary goods, entry method, "Qty" and "Packing composition Qty" value.

  Note that the calculation of composition quantity is performed only when the primary goods and product structure specified in [Header] are matched with the the goods specified in [Detail] that is actually registered.
• Packing Unit Qty ( displayed only when "Product structure" is selected )
  Enter the quantity with the packing unit. It is used for the calculation of "Packing composition Qty."
• Packing composition Qty (displayed only when "Packing entry" is selected)
  It varies from the entry method and "Qty." For details, please refer to the above table.
• Unit price(Std), Actual unit price, Outgoing Amt
• Multiple (displayed only for Inventory moving entry)
  When you enter "Multiple" in [Header], the same value will automatically be entered. Modification can be made with the value.
  
• Manufacturing No. (displayed only for Inventory moving entry)
  Once you enter "Manufacturing No.," in [Header], the same value will automatically be entered. No modification can be made with the number for inventory moving.
• Analysis code 1,2 (displayed only for Inventory moving entry)
  
• T/F source (displayed only for Inventory transfer entry)
• Manufacturing No. (displayed only for Inventory transfer entry)
  Once you enter "Manufacturing No." in [Header], the same value will automatically be entered. No modification can be made with the number.
• Analysis code 1, 2 (displayed only for Inventory transfer entry)
• T/F Dest (displayed only for Inventory transfer entry)
