Outline of Inventory Control Module

Function outline

In [Inventory control module], the following tasks can be performed: outgoing/incoming inventory control for each warehouse including the scheduled data, physical inventory variance entry, inventory balance control, and inventory valuation. In addition, when you set up "Cost of sales method" as cost method in [Logistic parameter] of [Logistic master module], cost-based journal will be entered by inventory auto-journal in the module.

Menu structure

Entry
Enter Outgoing/Incoming data, Inventory moving data, Physical inventory data and Bulk entry of inventory moving. In addition, Inventory transfer and Inventory data searching can be performed.

Update
Executes Inventory auto-journal, Entry market price and Inventory market valuation.

Issue voucher
Issues an outgoing/Incoming/Inventory moving voucher.

Form Name	Function outline
Inventory moving list	Outputs the list of the inventory moving data.
Inventory quantity summary sheet	Summarizes the quantity of inventory in accordance with the specific condition such as entry date, goods, A/C // Sub A/C, manufacturing No. or department. The sheet helps you check the different quantity and divergence rate between the Std inventory and new inventory setup, enabling you to analyze/control excessive/inadequate inventory.
Perpetual inventory records	The records output, on the perpetual inventory, the list of the summary results by warehouse, goods or manufacturing No..
Inventory summary sheet	Outputs the inventory list of the summary results by warehouse, goods, A/C // Sub A/C, manufacturing No., or inventory valuation method.
Inventory variance summary sheet	Outputs the summarized variance between the actual inventory Qty and controlled Qty.
Stagnant inventory summary sheet	Outputs, on the inventory that remains for a certain term, the list of the summary results by warehouse, goods, A/C / Sub A/C, manufacturing No. or inventory valuation method.
