Item setup

• Type
  Select either "SDIM execute" or "Delete."
  • SDIM execute: executes auto-journal.
  • Delete: deletes journalized data. The journalized data will be saved as unexecuted journal data. Only the latest journalized data can be deleted (Ex: you journalized the data of April, May and June. Among them, you cannot delete the journalized data of May. Only the journalized data of June can be deleted).
• Summary
  If you want to summarize the data with same entry date/A/C//Item, check the check box. You cannot use this option with the current version (fixed to OFF).
• Department
  Only the warehouse department can be selected.
• Obj date of journal
  Set the range of the entry date for the inventory journal voucher as an object of auto-journal.
• Cost of sales/Outgoing/Outgoing (SP)/Incoming/Incoming (SP)/Transfer/Depletion loss accounting internal No., Voucher No.
  "Internal No." displays the subsequent scheduled Internal No.
  "Voucher No." displays the subsequent Prefix No. of the voucher.

[Buttons]

• Exec detail
  The button will be activated when auto-journal is complete. Clicking the button displays the details information of execution result data (log).
• Start
  Clicking the button starts the auto-journal.
• Exit
