Consolidated data maintenance

In this procedure, you can perform the maintenance operations, such as modifying or deleting the created consolidated data.

Item Setup

• File name
  Enter the filename for which the maintenance operations are performed.  After clicking the "Refer" button, this field will be grayed out and no change will be allowed.
• Consolidated data type
  It indicates the data class for which the maintenance operations are performed.  No change is allowed.

[Spread]

• Row No.
• Data category code
• PS year end of year
• PS year end of month
• Org code
• Location segment code
• Business segment code
• A/C code
• Amt
• Row location
• Column location
• Sheet name

[Buttons]

• Refer
  It refers to the filenames.
• Readjust
  It readjusts the row numbers.
• Refer
• Clear
• Save
• Delete
• Add row
• Del row
• Print
• Exit
