Consolidated parameters setup

In this procedure, you can setup the parameters required to output the consolidated data.

Item setup

• Own Org business segment
  Select the own organization business segment attached to the code in A.S.I.A. from "Project code 1," "Project code 2," "Summary Dept" and "None."
• Corresp's Org business segment
  Select the correspondent organization business segment attached to the Code in A.S.I.A. from "Project code 1," "Project code 2," "Correspondent master segment code" and "None."
• Inside trading
  Select either "Output by currency" or "Output Std currency."
• Tax consequences data
  Select either "Output" or "Not output."
• Fraction adjustment type (Amt)
  Select any one of "Revaluate," "Omit" and "Round OFF."
• Consolidated data
  Select from the followings; "1.TB," "2.Inside trading," "3.Inventory," "4.Fixed assets," "5.Investor fluctuation," "6.Investee fluctuation," "7.Opening balance sheet," "8.Incoming balance sheet," "9.Transfer balance sheet" and "10.CF notes."

  Transfer BS	Accounting	Decrement data of assets and Liability derived from the operating transfer
  CF notes	Accounting	notes in a cashflow statement

• Incoming balance sheet, Transfer balance sheet
  Select a value of Project code 2 used to create a summary of Incoming balance sheet and transfer balance sheet.  It can be selected from the Project code 2 registered in [Register project code 2] or a group of Project code 2 registered in [Register project code 2 group].
  You cannot choose the same code for the Incoming balance sheet and the transfer balance sheet.
• Data folder
  Enter a folder name where the consolidated data are to be created and saved.
