Entering Searching conditions

You can specify detailed searching conditions using the [Header], [Detail] and [Depreciation] tabs.
Items that can be entered in [Entry] can be specified as searching conditions.
This section explains only data that require special explanations such as items that are not on the [Entry] entry screen.

[Header] tab

• Assets type
  The assets type group other than a assets type can also be specified.
• Prefix No.
  To narrow down the search with Prefix No. of the Assets No., select either "Fixed assets data" or "Operator setup" and specify the range of extraction.
  If "Fixed assets data" is selected, the Prefix No. of the Asset No. specified on the [Header] tab in the [Register fixed assets] screen will be searched.
  If "Operator setup" is selected, the setup value of the "Display initial prefix No." set on the "Operator" tab in [Employee setup] will be searched.
• Quantity
  Select one of the following Quantity range:

  Quantity Range	Comment
  (Blank)	All the Fixed assets data is searched for regardless of quantity.
  Range	Fixed assets data whose quantity is within the range specified is searched.
  Equal to or less	Fixed assets data whose quantity is equal to or less than the entered quantity is searched.
  Equal to or more	Fixed assets data whose quantity is equal to or more than the entered quantity is searched.

  If anything other than "(Blank)" is selected, the "Qty" entry column will appear.  Specify the quantity range of the data to be searched.
• Declaration type
  Select "(Blank)", "Declaration object" or "No declaration object." To search both "Declaration object" and "No declaration object", select " (Blank)."
• Update operator
  Specify if you want to narrow down the search by the "Operator" who entried or modified the fixed assets data to be searched.

[Detail] tab

• Status
  Select a status from the following: "(Blank)," "Undepreciated," "Processing depreciation," "Stop(idle)," "Stop(others)," "Depreciated" and "No depreciation."  To search regardless of Depreciation status, select "(Blank)."
• Reduction entry method
  Select a method from the following: "(Blank)," "No reduction," "Reduction," "Direct deduction method only" and "Only accumulation fund method."  To search regardless of whether they are reduced or not, select "(Blank)."
• Acquisition value
  Select one of the following Amt range:

  Amt Range	Comment
  (Blank)	All the Fixed assets data is searched regardless of the acquisition value.
  Range	Fixed assets data whose amount is within the range specified is searched.
  Equal to or less	Fixed assets data whose amount is equal to or less than the entered amount is searched.
  Equal to or more	Fixed assets data whose amount is equal to or more than the entered amount is searched.

  If anything other than "(Blank)" is selected, the "Acquisition value" entry column will be displayed.  Specify the Amt range of the data to be searched.
• Increase depreciation
  To search for Increase depreciation data, check the checkbox.
• SP discount type
  Select "None," "SP depreciation" or "Extra depreciation."

[Button]

• Start
  If clicked, [Fixed assets] screen will appear and the fixed assets data extracted will be listed.
• Clear
