Execution

A process is executed for an Import Code.  Multiple processes can be simultaneously executed by entering multiple Import Codes.  You can execute data check only prior to the actual process.

Item Setup

• Data class
  Select the class for import execution from " (Blank)," "Journal data," "Claims data," "Debts data," "Collection plan Update" or "Payment plan Update."  If you select "(Blank)," all the registered types are extracted for execution.
• Import code
  If "Journal data," "Claims data," "Debts data," "Collection plan Update" or "Payment plan Update" is selected in the "Data class," enter the range of the corresponding codes.  You can perform fuzzy searches.

The registered Import Code and its contents are displayed.

• Execution flag
  Check the import object code check box.  If multiple code check boxes are ON, they are executed in ascending order of row No..
• Checking flag
  Check the check box of a code for which you want to check data among the items whose "Execution flag" check box is ON prior to the actual import process.
• Data class
• Import code, Name
• File name1, 2

[Buttons]

• Name1/2
• Reference
  Contents of the code matching the condition entered in the Header are displayed in the [Spread].
• Start
  An import process is performed for data whose "Execution flag" check box is ON.
• Clear
  Clears the contents displayed in the [Spread].
