Conform budget/prior year data

When a financial statements template is modified, the data is processed to conform to the related budget/prior year data. In this process, only the row numbers are conformed, and the amount is not recalculate.

Item setup

[Required item]

• Financial statement type
  Select one of the following: "Balance sheet," "Profit and loss statement," "Sales/management expenses report budget", "Cost report", and "Cashflows statement."
• Template code
  Specify a template code of the financial statement specified in "Financial statement classification ".

[Buttons]

• Start
  Clicking "Start" executes the conforming process to the budget/prior year data based on the specified conditions.
  When there is no change in the template code of the specified number, budget/prior year data will not be modified.
• Exit
