Register compare items

Register the compare items that are used in the analysis forms in the accounting subsystem. Compare items are selected as the column header of various analysis forms.

Item setup

[Header]

• Code
  Enter the code that is given to the items for comparison.
• Name
• Item
  Select items that are compared from the following: [Department], [Correspondent], [Project code 1], [Project code 2], [Accounting analysis code 1], [Accounting analysis code 2] and [D Description code]. For [Project code 1], [Project code 2], [Accounting analysis code 1], and [Accounting analysis code 2], the codes registered in [Parameter (Additional information name)] are displayed.

[Column definition]

The name of the item that is selected (such as the department and correspondent) is displayed on the first column at the far left. In the title of the row, the item code/name is displayed in one cell as a number. Enter the item code to be compared after the second column. To add a column, click on "Add Col".
