Item Setup

[Holding Information]

Balance information for applicable symbols is displayed.

• Symbol
  The symbol (merchandise) entered on the [Main] tab is displayed.  The caption becomes "Stock symbol" if the "Trade type" on the [Main] tab is set to "Dividend," "Bond symbol" if "Interest," and "Fund" if "Distribution."
• Balance Qty
  The balance Qty corresponding to the symbol is displayed.
• Acquisition unit price
  The acquisition unit price corresponding to the symbol is displayed.
• Acquisition cost, Acquisition cost(SC)
  The acquisition cost corresponding to the symbol and the amount converted to the standard currency are displayed.
• Balance par value amount
  The nominal value corresponding to the symbol is displayed.  No modification can be made.

[Dividend/Interest item]

• Currency
  The Currency registered for the symbol selected in "Trade type" on the [Main] tab is displayed.
• Rate type
  Select the rate type.  The rate type selected in "Trade type" on the [Main] tab is displayed by default, but modification can be made.  If the "Currency" is the "Std currency," the type is fixed as "None" and no modification can be made.
• Exchange rate
  The exchange rate corresponding to the "Rate type" is displayed by default. Modification can be made.  If the "Currency" is the "Std currency," the rate is fixed at "0.000" and no modification can be made.
• Unit dividend Amt
  Enter dividend amount per stock.
• Interest rate
  The nominal Interest rate corresponding to the symbol registered in [Register bond] is displayed.  Modification can be made.
• Dividend Amt (Distributed Amt, Interest Amt, Accrued interest value), Dividend Amt(SC)(Distributed Amt(SC), Interest Amt(SC), Accrued Interest Amt(SC))
  The Dividend (Interest, Distribution) Amt is calculated and displayed. Modification can be made.
  If the "Trade type" is set to "Dividend," the caption becomes "Dividend Amt," and "Unit dividend Amt × Balance Qty" is calculated and displayed.
  If the "Trade type" is set to "Distributed Amt," the caption becomes "Distributed Amt" and 0 is displayed.
  If the "Trade type" is set to "Interest," the caption becomes "Interest Amt" and "Interest rate × Nominal value" is calculated and displayed.
  If the "Trade type" is set to "Pay accrued interest" or "Receive accrued interest," the caption becomes "Accrued interest value" and the accrued interest value is calculated and displayed.
• SP distributed Amt, SP distributed Amt(SC)
  Enter SP distributed Amt.

*Calculation of accrued interest  

Formula for accrued Interest: Nominal value × Interest rate × {(Dlvry date - Interest receipt date)/ 365}

For "Interest receipt date" in the Accrued Interest formula, the closest date back from the Delivery date is used of "Receipt month1," "Receipt date1" or "Receipt month2," "Receipt date2" registered in [Register bond].

[Tax item]

• Tax type
  Select the Tax type. You can select from the tax types registered in [Register securities tax type].
• Withholding Tax, Withholding Tax(SC)
  Withholding Tax (Dividend Amt × Tax type) is calculated and displayed. Modification can be made.

[Delivery Amt]

• Delivery Amt, Delivery Amt(SC)
  Delivery Amt is calculated and displayed. No modification can be made.
  Delivery Amt is calculated by "Dividend Amt - Withholding Tax" if the "Trade type" is "Dividend,"
  by "Distributed Amt + SP distributed Amt - Withholding Tax" if "Distributed Amt,"
  by "Interest Amt – Withholding tax" if "Interest,"
  by "Accrued interest value - Withholding Tax" if "Receive accrued interest" or "Pay accrued interest."
• Flexible Amt

[Buttons]

• Copy
  Copies registered dividend/interest data to new data.
• Read Ptrn
• Regist Ptrn
• Save
• Clear
• Delete
• Exit

About trade types and display/hide of each item

Some items are displayed or hidden depending on the settings of "Trade type" of the [Main] tab. Details are shown below.
