Register stock

Register the stock symbol. It is useful for managing related company stocks since you can select the customer from those for whom the Stock Issue Co is registered in [Register correspondent].

Item Setup

[Details 1] Tab

• Code
• Securities code
  Enter the securities code for the stock listed on the stock exchange.  Entry is optional.
• Active
• Name
  Enter the name of the stock symbol.
• Securities type
  Select the securities type registered in [Register securities type].  
• Stock type
  Select the stock type registered in [Register securities type].
  You can select from the stock types whose "Stock/Bond/Fund" of [Register securities type] has been registered as "Stock" in the master.
• Market
  You can select from the markets registered in [Register securities market].
• Searching
• Extension flag
• Issue Co
  Set up the stock issue company.  You can select from the correspondents registered in [Register correspondent].
• Finncl Institutn
  Set up the default financial institution.  You can select from the financial institutions registered in [Register financial institution].
• Bank account
  Set up the default bank account.  You can select from the bank accounts registered as "Own bank account" in [Register bank account].
  You can enter a bank account only corresponding to the financial institution entered in "Finncl Institutn."  To enter the "Bank account" without entering "Finncl Institutn," allow all of the "Own bank accounts" to be entered to display the "Finncl Institutn" corresponding to the "bank account."
• Department
  Enter the department. Only an entry department can be entered.

• Currency
  Setup the currency for stock acquisition.
• Rate type
  Setup the rate type of the currency for stock acquisition.  The type is fixed as "None" if the currency set up is the standard currency.  Entry is required.
• Nominal value
  Setup the nominal value per unit of the stock.  Entry is optional. You can enter up to 12.2 digits.
• Even lot
  Set up the number of stocks per unit.  Entry is optional. You can enter up to 12 digits.

  Call the stock transaction entry menu to enter transactions.  For new registration, this field is grayed out and cannot be used.  If you click it during the modification of symbol data, a confirmation message is displayed.
