Register construction in progress - New

This menu registers the Construction in progress account data extracted from the Transfer voucher data and the Claims data as new data.  The Journal data are listed in [Spread], so you can select the data to be registered.

Item Setup

• Registered date
• Construction in progress account internal No.
  It indicates the Item No. of the Construction in progress account data.
• Construction in progress account voucher No.
  Enter the Prefix No. of the Construction in progress account voucher No.
• Construction in progress account code type
  It indicates the Project code set in [Parameter Setup] in [System Custodian module].
• Construction in progress account
  Enter a Construction in progress code.  It is the code registered in the Construction in progress code master.  You can enter this field only when a Completion flag is set to "Not finished."
• Description
  Enter the Construction in progress account description code registered in the D description master.

[Spread]

• Registration object
  Check the check box for Voucher detail row you want to register as Construction in progress account data.

  It indicates the values in "Construction in progress account" assigned to Project code1 or Project code2 in the [Register construction in progress] screen.  Whether to assign the account to Project code1 or Project code2 is determined by the Construction in progress account parameter.

[Buttons]

• Searching
  This button is active only when "Construction in progress account" is specified.  Clicking this button will display the [Journal searching] screen.
  In the spread of the [Register construction in progress] screen, results of the searching defined in the [Journal searching] screen will be displayed.  If searching results are already displayed in the spread, newly extracted results will be added.  However, if the same items as the existing ones is extracted, those items will not be added.
• Set all
  Clicking this button checks the "Registration object" check boxes for all items displayed in the spread.  This button is not available if there is no detail row.
• Cancel all
  Clicking this button checks the "Registration object" check boxes for all items displayed in the spread.  This button is not available if there is no detail row.
• Name1/2
• Print
• Details
  It displays the Voucher in the row selected in the spread.  If one of the divided rows is selected, Voucher of the corresponding Journal internal No. will be displayed.  This button is not available if there is no detail row.
• Div row
  Clicking this button divides the row selected in the spread into multiple rows.  This button is not available if there is no detail row.
• Clear
• Save
  This button is available only when the [Registration object] check box is checked.
• Exit
