Borrowings searching

[Borrowings searching] enables you to make a reference on data entered in [Borrowings control module] under many different conditions.

Item Setup

You can specify the entry-enabled items in [Entry] as searching condition.  This section only comments on items that specifically require comments, such as items not on the entry screen of the [Entry].   

[Borrowing] tab - [Main item]

• Short/Long-term
  Specify the borrowings period. 
• Borrowings category
  Select the borrowings type ("Borrowings by indenture," "Borrow by notes," "CP" or "Others"). 

  Borrowings type	Borrowings type description
  (Blank)	Select when you make a search without specifying any borrowings type.
  Borrowings by indenture	Select when borrowings data of borrowings by indenture is selected as searching objects.  Borrowings by indenture is the method that a company, which will obtain loans from a bank, issues due bills, assuming the liabilities only for monetary loan.
  Borrow by notes	Select when borrowings data of borrow by notes is selected as searching objects.  Borrow by notes is the loan method that a company, which will obtain loans from a bank, issues promissory notes, specifying the bank as the recipient ,instead of issuing due bills.
  CP	Select when borrowings data of CP (commercial paper) is selected as searching objects.  CP means a short-term unsecured promissory note that is issued by a corporation for the purpose to raise funds for a short period, which corresponds to securities in the securities transaction law.
  Others	Select when borrowings data other than the above types is selected as searching objects.

• Prefix No.
  Select either "Borrowings data" or "Opr setup (Update OP)" if you want to narrow the searching data with Prefix No. of "Borrowings No.."  When the "Prefix No.-" is not selected in the numbering setting for the "Borrowings No.," it is fixed in the "Opr setup (Update OP)."  When "Borrowings data" is selected, the searching objects are Prefix No. entered in [Borrowings No.] of the [Borrowings] tab on the [Borrowings entry] screen.  Meanwhile, when "Opr setup" is selected, the searching objects are the setup value in "Display initial prefix No." set up in the [Operator] tab for [Employee setup].
